Question
My client has taken my beautiful work and ruined it with their suggestions! What can I do?
Context:
So this is going to get difficult to explain very quickly without outing my client.
I’m handing over the content for two training sessions on Monday and I sent over a ‘first look’ draft of the first session to the client today for their feedback before I develop all the material to go with the session. This is necessary because I am the content subject matter expert but I am not an expert at what this client actually does – so I need them to review the training fairly early to make sure I’ve covered their technical stuff properly.
I get my training back and there are changes on EVERY page. Some pages everything I wrote is gone and completely replaced.
