How do I clearly define the expensive problem that I’m solving in the area of client success for saas companies?

Context:

For my side business I have come up with the following statement as far as determining my niche: 
“I help SaaS startups meet client and customer demands and reduce churn through implementing robust client success programs.”
My challenge is that I don’t know how to clearly define the expensive problem that I’m solving in the area of client success.
I’ve Googled quite a bit and know that churn is a major issue for SaaS companies, I’m not sure what my next steps should be to fine tune the problem and hence the solution I want to offer.
